At this stage, mood boards, inspiration files and a clear budget framework are especially valuable in helping us align with your goals.

Architectural Planning
For clients without existing plans or documentation, our in-house architectural team provides a seamless entry point into the design journey. Every drawing is approached with the same care and precision as the final build, ensuring that from the outset the project reflects both the aspirations of the client and the architectural heritage of the property.
Once designs are refined and approved, we take full responsibility for preparing and submitting the planning applicationto the local authority, navigating London’s complex regulatory framework with discretion and authority. To secure approval, we engage only the most respected structural engineers, whose detailed structural plans provide the foundation for ambitious works.
We also manage all aspects of party wall agreements and neighbour consultations, working closely with trusted surveyors to protect our clients’ interests while ensuring a smooth progression.

While planning approval is in progress, our team begins preparing a comprehensive tender package for your project. Where full drawings are already available, we can move directly into the quoting stage, ensuring no time is lost.
Each tender is meticulously assembled to provide absolute clarity, with a detailed breakdown of scope, specifications and costs, allowing clients complete confidence in the process. This document becomes the foundation upon which decisions are made and ensures transparency from the very outset.
Once all details have been addressed in line with your requirements, and planning approval has been granted, FrontierstroyUK Design & Build will progress seamlessly into the next stage of delivery — managing every step with precision, discretion and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

4TH STAGE
Contract Stage
With your approval of the tender offer, the project advances into the pre-construction phase — a stage where precision and preparation are paramount. At FrontierstroyUK Design & Build, we take full responsibility for assembling the critical documentation that establishes the framework for delivery at the highest level.
This stage encompasses the complete project specifications, setting out in exacting detail the scope and standards of the works. Where no contract administrator has been appointed, we also provide a structured payment schedule, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the financial process. Most importantly, we prepare the formal JCT contract, offering our clients the reassurance of a legally robust agreement that safeguards interests and defines obligations with absolute clarity.

The Build Process
