PROJECT THIRTEEN
FrontierstroyUK were appointed to design a Penthouse Apartment in the highly reputable Hanover Square scheme for Great Portland Estate. Designed to appeal to the younger generation of Mayfair property purchasers, the apartment has a paired back, minimalist style with a layer of luxury to tie in with the surrounding Mayfair aesthetic. All apartments have access to a shared roof terrace overlooking the “Medici Courtyard” whilst the two upper penthouses have their own private roof terraces.
FrontierstroyUK designed the penthouse with the surrounding Mayfair landmarks in mind. A refined scheme with the aim to create a comfortable, elegant apartment which pushes the boundaries of a typical Mayfair design. The focus of our design is on craftsmanship and materiality of the furniture, accessories and artwork.
